How do you know your molly fish is about to give birth?

My friend said that then have white stuff come out from where they poo ,but i am not quite shaw... any answers thanks
 
they have a more square belly about 2-3 days before birth.
and on day of birth the eggspot (near where poo come out) becomes enlarge and white, and mummy fish goes sluggish and hangs around the bottom of tank and in the plant undergrowth. x x chloe x x
