I'm not after the latest movies or music, I'm more after old tv programmes/serials from around the world that I have seen available as torrents. But how do I know if those I want are legal and ok to download.
Mostly all torrents are illegal because are used to download cracked softwares And the hosting company that hosts doesn't break any rules because they just host the links to the cracked files nut the cracked file itself The users that download those files host those files and when you download using torrents you download from others people computers thats called upload so when you have a high upload speed on a torrent this means that peoples gets that same file you downloaded from the internet from your computer
Finally torrents are not illegal CRACKING or downloading CRACKED softwares and keeping them on your computer is illegal ???
So if you download a TV serial show then the Uploader records that TV show and uploads the file on the internet thus not paying for the license of that or getting the permission from the TV Show author and if you download and keep that file on your PC or burn onto DVD's then you break the copyright of the author Unless the file that you download is not copyrighted then you can download that file free.
