Ok if you have a tubal Pregnancy you will be in so much pain you will be in the Hospital. Also, your body will show on a test to be pregnant. Lastly, You will have your tube removed as a result, and pray it doesn't rupture. It could kill you.

The first warning signs of an ectopic pregnancy are often pain or vaginal bleeding. You might feel pain in your pelvis, abdomen, or, in extreme cases, even your shoulder or neck (if blood from a ruptured ectopic pregnancy builds up and irritates certain nerves). Most women describe the pain as sharp and stabbing. It may concentrate on one side of the pelvis and come and go or vary in intensity.

Any of the following additional symptoms can also suggest an ectopic pregnancy:

* vaginal spotting
* dizziness or fainting (caused by blood loss)
* low blood pressure (also caused by blood loss)
* lower back pain

Yes an ectopic pregnancy would normally have a positive test result. Because you are actually pregnant so your body will produce the hormone HCG which is what the tests detect. Symptoms are Pelvic or belly pain. It may be sharp on one side at first and then spread through your belly. It may be worse when you move or strain. Fainting and vaginal bleeding. Keep in mind that some cramping (especially on one side is sometimes normally due to the fact that all pregnant women must develop an ovarian cyst to maintain their pregnancy called a Corpus Luteum Cyst) Spotting and light bleeding can also be normal due to implantation of the embryo. Normally when women have an ectopic pregnancy they are in pain and it is diagnosed before they even know they are pregnant. If you have gotten a positive pregnancy test, chances are low that it is ectopic.

Yes, you will get a positive pregnancy test. If you have an ectopic pregnancy you will experience severe cramping (usually just on one side rather than both) and sometimes bleeding. All of this usually happens in the first month or two.
