How do you keep your taint from hurting when you ride a bicycle?

very slightly different description on females.

make sure bike adjusted right and wear correct clothes.

might try the hornless saddle available at walmart.
 
I haven't been riding in a while and I got up and rode 6 miles this morning and I haven't been right since. It still hurts up there. I was wearing bicycle shorts.
