How do you install or remove a sun roof in a Mazda Rx-7?

The sun roof in my 1991 Rx-7 is jammed and i am trying to fix it without going to a body shop. DOes anyone know how to take it out so i can get it unjammed? Or does anyone know a website that could help me with this problem?
