How do you install microsoft office 2003 from a flash drive?

My friend gave me a copy but it's on a flash drive and I have no idea what to do, HELP?
If it's possible to give me a step by step instruction? I'm not so good with technology.
 
Look for the following type of file:

setup.exe

or files ending in the following types

.exe or .msi
