How do you hook-up Relay Switches to make the Power Windows on an 1990 Ford...

...Aerostar van work? Can someone show me a diagram or some blueprints on how to hook up the Relay switches for the power doors? Please, i really want to fix up my van. Also, are they difficult to hook-up? Would it be better to have an electrician to put them on or do it yourself?
