A friend of mine has had depression for a year i think and its getting hard to bear. I have no clue what to do anymore i'm running out of options and i am desperate for help. If theres anyone that can help me please i need it soon. I'm running out of time and i swear my sanity is running out of time also. She has tried to commit suicide many times before more than i can count or want to remember. please help i think shes almost gone. thank you
