How do you go about finding a publisher for your collection of poetry? ?

I have been writing for years and have tons of poetry, I do spoken word and people always ask me when will I be published. I write about everything, there is no subject that I will not touch. This is so important to me, however in the area of publishing and all that I am lost. HELPPPPPPPP MEEEEEE PLEASE!!!
