How do you give paper this rusty red tinge?

I really need to know, how can I get the color of the background in this: http://bohemiart.deviantart.com/art/Days-gone-by-74952291 pictire (not the sheet music)?
 
this is somethin i done whilst i was in early years of school what you need to do is get a wet tea bag and gentaly dab the paper with it :D
 
Download Picasa...Ive got it ,,It will let you change color hue background Just about any thing you want and its free...
Try IT "Very Coool..
size your pics,,turn them around Its worth It..
all kinds of color control..
