More lips, less tongue, and you don't actually suck... I think when women actually suck hard, it's not enjoyable. I much prefer the lips just lightly gliding up and down. It's really not very difficult, and not rocket science. I think the reason many women are not good at it is because they think they have to actually suck hard.... not necessary, and better without it.

make sure you lick all around the penis to get it nice and sloppy wet,
open your mouth and put it on the penis
make sure your lips are over your teeth so you don't scrape!
move your mouth up and down,
and you can suck while you do this if its not too difficult for you,
and also use one hand to follow your mouth up and down the shaft of the penis for added pleasure
