How do you get the theme "bb dimension zen" on your blackberry bold?

I used to have a blackberry curve and just recently bought a blackberry bold which I love but I hate the themes! I want my old theme on my curve which was "bb dimension zen" and I cant find it anywhere to buy.
Does anybody know if that theme is even possible for a blackberry bold?

NEEED HELLPPP! I loved that themeee!
