How do you get the Sony bravia to sync with the PS3?

I have the bravia EX400 and an 80 gig PS3. The tv doesn't recognize the HDMI from my PS3. What do I need to do?

edit: I already have my HDMI picture. I want my PS3 to bravia sync.
