How do you get the Scarab gun in Halo 3 in level: The Storm?

I know there is a scarab gun in the first outside area in level: THE STORM. Don't post anything if you don't know how to get it. I can get to it on theater but cant get to it a campaign. Also if you know of any other scarab gun post them to and if you know of any skull 14 and up.
