My wife needs to apply for ILR, she finished her ESOL english language and citizenship course some time ago,a rule of the UKBA to apply for ILR is that the college that provided the course must give the student a letter saying it is publicly funded, its meets the criteria to teach the course, and details of the student. My wife never received this, we asked and asked and no one seems to have a clue what she is talking about. Should it be given automatically by the college or does she need to apply for it?
