How do you get the bluetooth to work for the Xo Vision XO1945 head unit?

I just installed the XO1945 in my car and whenever I hit the bluetooth button it says Bluetooth not supported or whatever but I've seen people use it to make calls from the head unit. I was wondering how to make it work and how to get the GPS to work also. It says the same thing whenever I hit the GPS button.
