How do you get rid of the buzzing sound when you lock the door on a 95 Honda accord lx?

and how do you change the speedometer on the 95 Honda accord LX? because the needle on my speedometer sometimes wouldn't move and when it does it just bounce up and down and when it would move and where ever the needle is pointing the speed isn't accurate.
