How do you get rid of red-eye in photoshop?

I mean someone who actually has bad red-eye in real life, like on the whites of their eyes, not red irises. If someone knows a link to a great tutorial that will do fine. Thanks!
Ok, I now understand that there is a red-eye tool in photoshop, but for some reason it doesn't appear in my tool-bar where it's suppsoed to. I have CS4, how do I make it appear?

it's very easy. you just zoom in on the eyes and manually use a brush to get rid of them.
