I have had these bumps on my arms for years. not worth going to the doctor for. i have tried exfolients, all kinds of lotions, shaving my arms, new living conditions, less tight clothing, popping them, and SOOOO much more! are there any ways to get them to go away or are there any over the counter creams to make them go away>
