I was rather large a few years ago,and when I lost weight I ended up with some flab on my upper back,and my arms are still almost if not the same size as they were when I was big.I'm really self conscious about it,especially my arms because they seem disproportionate to the rest of my body.I was wondering if anyone knew of any exercises or even diets that would get rid of or at least tone out these areas without replacing the fat with muscles that are just as big.Any advice would certainly be appreciated.Thanks so much.
