I live in the west palm beach florida area. I really would love to start with jobs from now. I want people to actually see my work now. Maybe i'm shooting to far from the moon here but thanks for all your answers.

I'm fourteen, and I live in perhaps the most vacant/suburban place on earth...Kansas.

When spring rolls around, it will finally be warm enough to go outside for long periods of time without freezing, and you could offer portraits for people and children and stuff. You can get a decent amount of money.

However, if you're like me, while it generates income, it doesn't really satisfy your 'photography needs.' I sell prints, as well. Generates quite a bit of income if you sell a print for $20 or so. you can get a store on etsy and list your photos, then tell your parents and friends to spread the world about it, and you could make sufficient income from that.

One of the things I'm doing right now is talking to the local coffee store owner about displaying my work there. See if there are any galleries or restaurants that display local artists.

LASTLY-since you're 16, you could see if there are any professional studio photographers that would be willing to hire you as an intern. That wouldn't earn you money or anything, but it would be fantastic for experience. That's the first thing I'll look into once I'm old enough.

I hope this helps...just so you know, there's not really such a thing as a 'photography job.' Most photographers work freelance, unless they're portraiture.

good luck.
