I had a troubled past and i sought to hurt myself or made others hurt me to find temporary relief. That time is gone, but now i have scars i can't get rid of, beyond psychological scars, by that i mean fractured ribs, broken nose & jaw, several scars on the head & face, a few dislocated bones on my arms and legs. They don't impair me physiologically, but they keep reminding and staggering me. I am filled with regret, and cannot overcome it.
How do you get past regret over previous self harm?
