how do you get internet on a Tungsten E Palm? I am not familiar with this

gadget I just wanted to be able to? put my meetings and appointments in it. What exactly does it do I have not received it yet its a gift.
 
I dont have this pda and i m not smart enough,but things to do to go internet on mobile device are,basically:
. Activate the internet or data service of your phone number.This is to enable your simcard or practically the phone number to delivers datas,so it can then to access the internet.
.. Add a Data Plan.
Though you can access it without a Plan,you will be charged per minutes you are on OR per Kilobyte data you accessed or called pay as you go rate. Data Plan will save the internet cost bcz you only to pay certain money a month for certain big quota or unlimited.
... Device Setting.
Your device need a providers setting configuration to be able accessing the internet.
You need to Call your Provider customer care or visit their store or office.
