This will sound stupid to anyone who's never tried this with MOTOROLA! I actually know how to get and install device drivers when they need to be updated, or at least I did until I had a Motorola product (I need a Windows 7 update for my original Motorockr S9, which at least paired easily with other systems and devices before Windows 7). Other companies have easy-to-find drivers and updates on their websites, while Motorola has a page with "drivers" in the title, but it's a dead-end tease which can take you around in circles until you're red in the face. They have a search bar which is so small it's almost invisible - I punched in "driver motorockr s9" (that is the correct trademark spelling), which yielded numerous duplicate links to a page which provided lots of information, but no drivers - GRRRRR!
What is it with Motorola that they have to be such a PIA about supporting their products on their site, without a service call? Is there any convenient way of getting recent Motorola drivers at all?
I had no luck with the NODEVICE site either, where anything they had for Motorola was for older systems, XP being the most recent - I need Windows 7.
I'm not crazy about this product, but it wasn't cheap, and pairing it with my computer so that I can watch streaming video without waking up the neighbors with my loud, and hard-to-control sound system would give it a use. Can anybody help?
