I've read all over the place and two things continually pop-up. 1, You can't make it (This I already know)
and that you can get it in the Grand Exchange. So I went to the Grand exchange, offered for the black armor set (lg) and offered the maximum price for it. and i waited a week with nothing happing. What I'm wondering is how it works. You're supposed to be trading with another player, right? so how can another player sell it to me without obtaining it through the exchange anyway?
