We all have moments where we get off track or pulled away from something and sometimes it can take a larger toll on your life in general. So i ask you what are your ways or ways you have heard of or might try one day to get you back on track.
a few examples a love one was lost and it took a toll on you in every role of your life. What do you do to get back to work correctly.
or you have a wedding and it's stressful and it carries onto your other roles where your focus isn't where it needs to be. What do you do to get focus back. etc
THere are a lot more.. i'm sure there are a nice group of people who can not let events or things stress them out Kudo's to you.. what's your secret.
I have no reason why i'm asking just thought of this question and thought why not ask here.
