This person i blocked somehow is getting around the block and buying people because i somehow pissed her off so she would spam with crap and so i blocked her but now she is buying my friends and saying rude things on the quotes because i blocked her. I thought when you block them they can't see anything even your friends but yet she still is doing it. And now since she blocked me back i can't report her.
How do i permenantly block her and report her?
