How do you get a title for a bike with only two bill of sales, none from the original

owner ? I bought a Motorcycle from a guy who bought it from a storage auction and never got it registered. The storage place sold it like 3 years ago I talked to them and they cannot find all the paperwork for the DMV. I have done a VIN check and its not stolen. What do I do to get this bike on the road?
