How do you get a mission onto a spy net video watch?

I bought my son a spy net video watch and I can't figure out how to get the missions onto it. I downloaded the program, attached the watch and used the program to drag the first video from the list of missions onto the watch and it downloaded, but nothing is showing up on the watch. If I go to the 'text missions' menu on the watch it says 'no active missions'.
