How do you get a job as a camera man for blockbuster films?

I'm starting a media course next week in college which is all about radio and tv. I was just curious how one goes about getting a job working on a big Hollywood movie or doing anything at all backstage? I'm just wondering cause I would like to know as its something I'd love to do later in life.
