how do you get a fish on the sims 2 apartment pets for the ds?

ive tried to get it but no matter what i do i cant get it and i know you can get one but how?Ive heard you had to stock it but how do i do that if thats the case?
i don't want a websites name I'm scared i might get a virus by any website.I heard that you have to stock them but i don't know how if you have to stock them tell me how.If its a cheat id take it I'm not much of a cheat person! REMEMBER DS ONLY!!!
