How do you get a 2000 Cadillac DTS out of Anti-Theft mode?

This problem crept up recently, I have an auto starter for my 2000 DTS, and recently I cannot start the car by simply putting the key in the ignition. Everything works, but the engine does not start. I read that the auto starter interferes with the Anti-Theft mode and does not allow the car to start with a key. Well its annoying that I can't just start my car with my normal key.

How do I disable the Anti-Theft mode so I can use my key normally?

If I were you I would be calling the shop that installed the auto start - these cars weren't designed to operate with auto start - and the electrical side of these cars are more complex than you are even aware of. You could be looking at quite a costly repair - sorry.
