How do you gag yourself and throw up?

I'm really overweight, and I want to lose weight. I have tried everything but I'm just to depressed. I'm also considering cutting my wrists. Please tell me how deep you have to put your hand down your throat to throw up... Thanks.
 
You just have to touch your hand to the back of your throat. It's difficult though, and you have to stroke it until you start to gag, then keep on doing so until the vomit comes up... It's hard at first and really uncomfortable, but it gets easier as you do it more.

I really wouldn't recommend it though. It's bad for your esophagus and your teeth. Even starving yourself is a better alternative.
