How do you forward a text message on an how to forward text message on LG CU515?

The screen on my LG CU515 has turned completely white. I am wondering if someone could tell me how to forward a text message by telling me what buttons to push in what order. I am trying to forward 2 text messages i received today to my ipod touch so i can see them. Since i cannot see anything on my screen you know how detailed the instructions should be. Thanks
