How do you flash a US Cellular phone to Verizon service?

I have a Kyocera K312 that I LOVE but it is for US Cellular, no I live in California and want to use it for my Verizon service but don't know how to flash it over. Is that possible? If so, how?
Please help! I broken my Verizon phone and I dont want to have to spend hundreds of dollars to buy a new one when I love my Kyocera.
