How do you fix my Sharp FX phone? (Read Detail)?

I dropped the phone in water and put it in rice, letting it dry. But the touch screen doesn't feel my fingers touch the screen, and the buttons on the front of the phone don't react when pressed. If I slide the Qwerty keyboard out I can press buttons but they don't react on the phone. Can I take it apart and fix it? How?
