How do you fix a popped dashboard on a 1995 Honda Civic LX (4 dr V-6)?

I was recently in a car accident and my airbags went off, I was wondering if anyone knew a way that I can fix the ripped dashboard. When the airbag went of it ripped the dashboard, I have now fixed everything but can't figure out how to fix the dashboard, I was thinking maybe replacing the whole dashboard, but can't seem to find a website were they sale them. If anyone can help me find a website that sell them or knows a place where I can get it fixed please help me. My location is Los Angeles, CA
