I have a Philips GoGear SA61xx and have had it for about a year now. I have never had a problem with it until recently. The playlist option is messed up. It says I have 63542 playlists, and they're not even in english letters. Delete a playlist is listed about 9 times. I've tried deleting playlists, but it says there are no playlists. I also can't access my GoGear through a computer to fix it. I've tried resetting it, restoring factory settings; no luck. It still plays music and video, but I can't add or delete media or use the playlist. Does anyone know how to fix this?
