how do you find out if your computer has bluetooth?

Go into control panel, and device manager, and see if it has a bluetooth device category. Or, most computers running windows will have a bluetooth icon on the system tray if it does.
 
have a look in control panel see if you have some sort of blootooth device built in or you can look at the manual or the system info on you comp see if its there
