how do you file taxes if employer went out of business and there is no way

of contacting? My husband worked for a small business owner for the last 11 yrs. This past May the man went completely out of business, putting my husband and 15 other people out of work. I am afraid we will not get a W2 from him. He took 2 weeks to give out final paychecks, and has since disconnected all phone numbers. We have heard he is now doing business under another name. We desperately need to file taxes. We need our return. We have no heat and no extra cash yet to get one. What can we do?
We have his final paycheck stub
 
you can use your husbands final pay check stub info..it has to be the final one..turbotax and some other software may find your w2s if its in the government system.
