I wrote this as my answer to the original question, but the way I feel about this is this:
I HATE PEOPLE THAT FETISHIZE/TOKENIZE GENDER-VARIANT PEOPLE. DATING A TRANSMAN IS A PRIVILEGE NOT A TREND!!! We do not exist for you to make a "political statement" either. I would be SO glad if I could meet a les/bi/queer girl that doesn't look at transmen JUST for their gender variance or others because of their androgyny and ACTUALLY started to see us as REAL men. We are not accessories to help your "non-conformist political message". Because you know what happens? When we actually start to transition and look physically more and more like the REAL MEN we are..you lose interest. You want to keep us "girls" and keep us "androgynous" or looking like 'butchy girls". But guess what? We're not. Thank you. That will be all.
Also, it would be helpful if you didn't put "queer women" and "transmen" into the same category. That's like comparing apples to oranges.
