Unconstitutional legislation? Leftist operatives in the Justice Dept got Senator Stevens of Alaska wrongly convicted of corruption charges that were later voided because of Proprietorial fraud. But these charges cause Stevens to loose the election he never would have lost.

All Franken cheated the Senate Seat in Minnesota after losing the election on recount ballots suddenly appeared ... but that's not the whole story. George Soros put a lot of money into the Minnesota Secretary of State election. She ended up allowing illegal voting methods that allowed College students to be solicited on Campus to register & vote at one time with partisan operatives breathing down their necks applying peer pressure to vote for Obama. That is counter to election law on a number of different levels, but it was allowed by a planted operative & was obviously planned well ahead of time.

Also in Minnesota the Secretary of State selectively allowed ineligible voting by felons which is a concentrated group of democrat voters. There was more ... the Franken Seat is also illegitimate.

Without those 2 seats the democrats would have failed to pass health care reform & other Unconstitutional legislation that damages our Country. Not to mention the acts of bribery & extortion the Obama administration committed to get the votes.

On those grounds alone (& there are many others) the legislation passed should be completely voided and removed in totality. Not to mention that investigations should be done of the Justice department & George Soros & his organizations and a lot of people need to go to jail for this most serious of fraud, which amounts to a coup, treason committed against the people of the USA.
correrafan ... the 2000 election challenge was based on a fraudulent affidavit brought by David Biose, Gore's lead council. That's a fact. The mess that came of it was helped along only by activist action by the Fl Supreme court completely outside the law. Those who think the wrong man got put in office are wrong, their opinions are uninformed or disingenuous ... and that kind of thing deserve no real consideration because it's just not real, it's wrong. I'm speaking of reality here. The truth is relevant, and subjective biased opinions of it are of no value.
