Um, I never said that I want to be richer, Also, I am more about being pissed off that as Americans, who ourselves overextend our credit and get in debt, you would think that the creditors would be a little more nice and accept what have to pay down our bills. There area a lot of hard working people who go and do a job, come home and pay taxes and everything else. Then, when the ecomony hit the crapper and everyone had problems paying back loans, credit and whatever else, the creditors swooped in like vultures and took a lot away from people who where really trying. It's not to say that some people have ALWAYS took advantage of the system, but I mean, really, if I was a creditor, and someone owed me money, but I saw they had a steady job, and have been employed for sometime and their payments were made within a reasonable time(even if late, it never rolled over to the next month) and at lest the minimum payments were being met, I would work with that person to try to help them pay off their bills. If that person became unemployed cause I sicked my repo people on them and they couldn't get to work, to make the money that was paying me back, I am only doing them a disservice to them and myself, cause now, i will probably never see a dime. What I am saying is if someone is having a problem paying their bills, reason with them, don't hound us like wretched dogs and DON'T threaten me with things like "we can call your boss", or "i can have someone come and repo your car tonight", we don't take to kindly to threats and it doesn't help matters. We have lost something that I wished had stayed with us, being personable and treating one another with some degree of respect. We are all having difficulties right now and most of us are trying their best to make with what they got. I used to work for an insurance agency, do you have any idead just how much money they would spend on private investigators and recordings to see if people were really hurt? Why not do that creditors? Yes, I am completely aware that there are a lot of bills dodgers and pighead morons who milk the system, but that doesn't mean every single person is a dodger too. One more thing, people who make a crapload of money, people who make $120, 000 either combined income or by self, I DO NOT want to hear that you are having problems, especially when you list crap like gardeners, nannies and maids or things like that as "financial woes". Do those damn things yourself, grow up, be responsible and get a clue. When you complain like you are like me, having financial problems, do yourself a favor and don't. I don't want to be compared to you, I have bills, but I also don't go overboard and spend stupid either. Do your own damn dirty laundry and stop being so wasteful!
