My mom has a cleaning business and has about two workers and a van, she cleans houses everyday and is gone almost all day.. she wants to expand and hire more workers but doesnt know how... she has a lot of clients but its the same ones that she does every other week, how can she expand as in hire more workers that clean really well( she likes detailed cleaning) and have a lot of clients? She only has signs on her van and her business spreads by word of mouth. I really want the business to go well for her, please help us out!
