As it was explained to me by one of my friends, I should look up the EV's for pokemon that faint on the internet. Then, I should faint those Pokemon in order to increase certain EV's. After, when the Pokemon that has been battling the wild pokemon levels up, I should see an increase in stats. I'm not sure if he explained it to me correctly because I see very little improvement in stats. Am I not understanding what EV's are or did he explain it to me incorrectly? Please explain a step by step process to EV training in white version. Like- what should I see when I know it worked. What Pokemon should I battle - Just an overall process please. Say i wanted to improve my attack, what do I do? Sorry if I have been over explaining this. I've looked it up many times and cant find the exact answer I have been looking for.
