How do you euthenize a fish? "Put it down."?

My molly has dropsy, and I've been reading it on every site possible and the outcome does not look good. I may need to put her down soon, (she's in awful shape).

What should I do?

(I have her in a plastic container right now because the other molly was attacking her and she could barley get away. And I don't have any tank set up right now that I can use as a hospital tank.)
