I recently purchased this phone and out of the blue the caller ID stopped recognizing the calls. It says unavailable without a phone number listed even for phone numbers that are in my contact list. I have tried everything from adding 1 in front of the area code to disabling the feature online and adding it back to try to fix the problem. There is nothing on Verizon's website or in my user's guide and there is nowhere in my call settings that even mentions caller id although I know it is available on this phone. Please help!
