How do you embed YouTube videos in Flash website?

I have a Flash website (Adobe Flash CS5) comprised of a SWF file and the index document. I can embed FLV video into the website just fine, but how do I embed a YouTube video so I don't have to upload a video onto the server? Does this require ActionScript?

Please share any tips or code you may provide.
