Hold a vacuum up to the phone and move around to all the openings where water could easily get in such as the speaker and microphone. Do not use a hair dryer as this will push the water further into the phone. Take the battery out and wrap the phone and battery separately in a towel overnight. I've also heard that if you stick the phone in uncooked rice it will draw out all the water.
