how do you drive jeeps? Why do you have to use the clutch so muh like when your stopping, switching gears, and starting? Also how do you know when to switch gears like I know you start in 1 but how do you know when you should enter into 2? And what do all the gears do like what does 1 do? 2? 3? And 4?

Easy, you have to use the clutch when changing gears, start in 1, then as the engine starts reving shift to 2, and 3 as you gain speed and so on, if you have an RPM gage in your jeep, usually switch gears at around 3000rpms, until you get the hang of it, if it doesnt have an rpm gage then go by the sound of the engine and the speed, at about 15mph switch to 2nd, at 25mph switch to 3rd, 40ish switch to 4, and about 60 switch to 5th
